Also available: the PCL Form Conversion SDK for Windows -- an industry exclusive DLL that converts HP PCL 4/5 text and vector files into bitmap (BMP, TIF, PCX, DCX, etc.) format or vector (WMF and PMF) format with metrically matching TrueType fonts for those used to create the PCL print file.
